Van Gogh 'Sunflowers' Tie
This silk tie from Fox & Chave is printed with a detail from the version of 'Sunflowers' (1888) by Vincent van Gogh (1853-1890) that is owned by the National Gallery, London. It was painted in Arles as part of a small series of sunflower paintings that were painted to decorate his home for a visit from his friend, the artist Paul Gauguin. The tie is printed with the signature 'Vincent', reflecting how the artist signed just his first name as people found his surname difficult to pronounce.
Fox & Chave produce high quality, 100% silk ties inspired by the arts.
