Mucha 'Plate 33' Lilies Silk Chiffon Scarf
The Czech artist, designer and illustrator Alphonse Mucha (1860-1939) is best known for his influential work in Paris during the Art Nouveau period. This scarf from Fox & Chave features 'Plate 33' from his book 'Documents Décoratifs' (1902). With its delicately coloured lilies and star motifs, it is a beautiful example of the elegant stylistic forms of the Art Nouveau movement.
