Jewellery Launch in National Gallery Shop

Jewellery Launch in National Gallery Shop

We are delighted to launch three exciting new Irish Designers in our shop here at the National Gallery this summer. These collections are art-inspired, gender neutral and exclusive to our shop. We look forward to welcoming you to the launch on Thursday 28th July to celebrate these new collections and meet the designers.

Eve Ray Designs is a new Irish jewellery brand by Kerry native Maeve Barry. Launched in 2020 with a small collection of earrings, Maeve works with mirrored Perspex and clay to create unique, bold, statement costume jewellery for everyone. Her collection for NGI Shop is inspired by of Joan Miro paintings - with each earring named after his work. Designed and made in Dublin, Eve Ray Designs aims to create a new, more vibrant take on Irish jewellery, pushing people to express themselves through colour and playful accessories.

Kiki Na Art is vibrant art-inspired jewellery by Irish Artist Ciarna Pham. Each piece is unique, handmade and one-of-a-kind, decorated with vivid patterns and colours. Ciarna’s new range of jewellery was handmade exclusively for our Shop and celebrates artists from the National Gallery Collection, including a special selection of our best-loved Irish Artists.

Margaret O’Connor is launching an exclusive collection of jewellery and headpieces and we are delighted to be her first retail stockist. Margaret trained with some of the leading lights of the Millinery industry such as Philip Treacy. Each headpiece is handmade and one-of-a-kind using a selection of vintage limited edition fabrics. Her new collection of jewellery is classic in style but with a wonderful, Irish sense of humour. Her work is a reminder to never shy away from challenging ideas and thinking outside the box. Margaret encourages people with "Notions” to dance around these boxes.
