Collection: Rachel Ruysch, Vase of Flowers with an Ear of Corn

The dutch artist Rachel Ruysch created the charming still life Vase of Flowers with an Ear of Corn. This painting is now the latest addition to the Dutch collection at the National Gallery of Ireland. Ruysch skillfully arranged a stunning bouquet featuring tulips with flowing leaves, hyacinths, roses with finely detailed thorns, poppy anemones, forget-me-nots, and carnations.
